This notice explains how personal data is handled when you subscribe to the Outerbound Briefing.

Data and purpose
We process your email address, subscription status, consent date, consent-notice version and registration source to manage and document your subscription and send the weekly briefing.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent. The checkbox is optional, but without it we cannot register or send the briefing. This is a single opt-in subscription: no confirmation email is required.
Service providers
Resend provides contact management and email delivery. ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure provide the website and secure subscription record. These providers process data on our behalf under their applicable data-protection terms.
Retention and withdrawal
Your subscription remains active until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Every briefing will include an unsubscribe option. A limited record may be retained where necessary to demonstrate compliance and respect future opt-out requests.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and withdraw consent at any time by contacting the profile above. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent data-protection authority.
